For the anti-ageing and anti-acne superstar, choose from our retinol 0.5% serum or maximum strength 1% retinol serum.

Retinol enhances hydration, diminishes the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, and has a whitening effect to help with hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone.

Retinols have the amazing ability to increase our skin's cell turnover, helping to reduce acne outbreaks by preventing dead cells from clogging pores.

The encapsulated retinol we use in our formula is fully stable as it only bursts when applied to the skin. After permeation in the skin, it oxidizes and becomes a retinoic acid, ensuring greater and safer results.

This ceramide-rich serum is supplemented with nourishing, soothing plant extracts to calm skin and ease redness. Included is Australia's Davidson plum, ginger, bisabolol extracts, and fragonia essential oil.

Use Retinol 1% or 0.5% Night Serum every second night as part of your skincare routine. Overuse can cause skin irritation.

Pump serum onto fingertips and gently massage into the face and neck areas. Avoid the eye area.

Use between toner and moisturiser. For external use only. If irritation occurs, wash off immediately and discontinue use.

Please note that this product requires consistent usage to see results and may take up to twelve weeks to fully take effect.

Retinols may make your skin more sensitive to the sun so please protect your skin daily with sunscreen rated SPF 30.

If you haven't used products containing Retinol before, it's strongly recommended that you start with the Retinol 0.5% Serum and step up to the 1% strength after 3 months.

We highly recommend using the serum every third night for the first couple of weeks and gradually increasing usage to every second night to minimize any potential irritation.

It can be common to see a purge of acne or some flakiness for the first 2-4 weeks of introducing Retinols.

If sensitisation occurs, like redness, flaking, tenderness or drying of skin, you can mix this serum into your moisturiser or you could always have a Retinol sandwich - apply moisturiser, apply Retinol serum and then apply another layer of moisturiser.

Pay close attention to how your skin responds and adjust usage accordingly.
