Spritz up to four times onto stomach area or directly onto specific muscle areas. Avoid eye area.

Mild tingling and itchiness may occur initially. For external use only. If irritation occurs wash off immediately and discontinue to use.

Sandalwood (Santalum spicatum) Aqua/Water/Eau, Magnesium Chloride, Caprylic, Capric glucoside Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Gaultheria procumbens (Wintergreen) Oil, Mentha arvensis (Peppermint) Oil, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) Oil, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol and Ascorbyl Palmitate.

Tingling is quite normal when first using our Magnesium Oil and will subside after a few minutes. You can wash off the oil after 20 minutes if preferred.
